PRSSC members can access committee papers from their campus desktop through the Shared V: drive PRSSC folder
Off-campus access to committee resources is available by navigating to the PRSSC shared drive folder
through the UoS Portal File Access (requires ID and password to login)
The Sub-Committee advises the Research Committee on the strategic development and the general oversight of quality assurance and enhancement of the University’s postgraduate research award portfolio.
The Sub-Committee considers reports and advises Research Committee on a range of topics, including:
- innovation and good practice in research studies
- the development and review of academic policies governing the admission and assessment of research students and the approval and monitoring of research degrees
- the consideration of data relating to the quality of learning experience on research degrees including progression and completion rates
- the academic regulations for research degree programmes
